Book Returns Policy

At USB-UK we want customers to be happy with their purchase. We allow a 14-day return window for books that are unread, unused, or damaged.

Return Window

  • Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items purchased online.
  • Books must be returned in unread and resalable condition unless faulty.
  • If a book arrives damaged or defective, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement.

How to Return a Book

  1. Contact us by email to request a return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.
  3. Books must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return confirmation.
  4. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
  5. Returns should be sent to the address provided in the return confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Personalised or custom items.
  • Digital products or eBooks.
  • Books clearly marked as non-returnable clearance stock.
  • Items purchased in person.

Important Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The customer knew the item was faulty at the time of purchase.
  • The item was damaged by attempts to repair it.
  • The item has been used or returned in a condition that cannot be resold.
  • The customer simply changed their mind after purchasing an item in person.

Customers may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the circumstances and UK consumer law.
